Soap and Water

Just kidding

The best thing to use to clean your phone is screen cleaner and a soft cloth or use like wcreen kleen wipes be careful not ti use to much cleaner fluid as the moisture can damage the phone if it gets to the components.

As for the screen I use the little Bausch & Lomb eyeglass wipes which are soaked in alcohol. You can get them at Wal-Mart for about $2.50 for a 50 pack. I also use them for wiping down the rest of the device because the alcohol evaporates quickly and they don't leave lint on the device.

Same, just small alcohol cloths for me.

Just don't do what I did.  Next time, I'll learn to put it on the gentle cycle on the washing machine..

....and if you want to clean the entire inside of your BlackBerry, set a password then enter the wrong one 10 times in a row.  Try it, it works like a charm.

For cleaning the outside of it, alcohol and swabs are best.

P.S.  Don't try my first tip; I'm only kidding!!

Which model do you have?

I have the Storm and this may sound kind of weird, but I take my phone back to the Verizon store and ask them to clean under my screen for me....They alwasy do it and always works great afterwards!

Ha !........this IS on topic, and Walmart carries a box of Zeiss Lens Cloths at a very reasonable low price, each in their own individual sachet, so they keep for a long time.

Don't use paper towels, or even facial tissues, since these can eventually cause scratches or make the screen 'dull'.

If your Mum (sorry, I'm of English heritage, so in North America read "Mom") has some laundered older handkerchiefs that have been washed in liquid laundry detergent and not the gritty type, that will work well also.

Try and stay away from any amount of liquid though................it may cause some damage...........

Cheers.
